Nick is a GP and made his first visit to Uganda with CRMI on a Medical trip with his
wife, also a GP, in 2018. He became a Trustee in 2020. Nick is mostly retired but
was a job-sharing partner at a general practice in Lancaster for 25 years. His
interests at work were medical computing, and mental health. He also worked as the
GP Mental Health lead locally, where he established a group linking GPs,
psychiatrists, and local commissioners. After 10 years in this role, he moved to start
work providing GP services to a local mental health unit.
